Reminders arrive late or not at all
Check that notifications are enabled for Reset in Android settings. The app separates stage alerts, check-ins and completion notices into notification channels, so one category may be muted while another works.
Android’s Alarms & reminders permission allows more precise scheduling. Battery optimisation and manufacturer power-saving settings can also delay notifications. Even with permissions enabled, delivery is dependent on your device and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on Reset as your only reminder for something critical.
Correcting or adding a session
Reset 1.1.0 supports editable start and end times, manual logging and complete history. Read the editing guide if you started the timer late or need to correct an entry.
The app rejects future times and overlapping sessions. Check both the time and date when an entry spans midnight.
A purchase or refund question
Google Play handles the purchase. Confirm that you are using the Google account that bought Reset. For transaction and refund help, use Google Play Help. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights; we do not promise a universal refund window.
Changing phones or deleting the app
Reset stores history locally. Android backup may restore it depending on your settings and device support, but there is no Reset cloud account from which we can recover it. Read the privacy and backup guide before uninstalling, clearing storage or changing devices.
