Clarity, with context
How we explain Reset, label uncertainty and separate product instructions from medical advice.
Be clear about what a timer can do
Reset tracks timing and explains general fasting concepts. Neither the app nor this website measures your metabolism, ketones or autophagy. A chosen duration is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or guarantee of a result.
The journal covers schedules, everyday routines, app selection, privacy, recording sessions and carefully scoped evidence explainers. Product instructions are checked against the app’s implementation and identify the version when it matters. Worked timetables illustrate arithmetic; they are not personalised recommendations.
Show who is speaking
Articles carry the name of Blu Mint Digital, the developer of Reset, along with a publication date. Product descriptions are written from that perspective. We do not present them as independent reviews.
Our articles have not been medically reviewed. We will only display a medical-review credit when a named, appropriately qualified person has actually completed that review.
The October 2026 journal expansion was drafted with AI assistance. Product claims were checked against Reset 1.1.0’s source code, and health context links to the research or health organisation supporting it. AI assistance is not medical review, and no clinician authorship or independent product review is implied.
Explain the evidence labels
The app uses well established, emerging and preliminary to distinguish levels of evidence. These are explanatory categories, not a personalised certainty score. Evidence from cells or animals does not by itself establish the same effect, duration or benefit in a person.
Where a guide includes health context, we link to the source and limit the claim to what it supports. We do not use the Reset name to imply detoxification or a literal reset of metabolism. We do not promise weight loss or tell you to extend a fast to trigger a specific process.
Make corrections possible
If you find an inaccurate instruction, broken source or unclear claim, email hello@blumint.com.au with the page address and the point to check. Please do not include sensitive health records.
We aim to update a page’s date when its substance changes, rather than making unchanged content look newly written. Purchase prices and Android behaviours can change, so Google Play and your current device settings remain the places to confirm them.
