A fasting app without a subscription

What Reset's one-time Google Play purchase includes, how local pricing works, and what to check before choosing a fasting timer.

Reset is a paid Android download, rather than a monthly or yearly membership. You purchase it through Google Play. There is no Reset subscription to renew, no trial that automatically becomes a recurring charge, and no account to create inside the app.

We make Reset, so this is an explanation of our product—not an independent comparison of every fasting app.

What you pay

On 6 October 2026, Reset’s configured Google Play price is A$4.99 in Australia and US$3.49 in the United States. Pricing differs by country. The amount displayed by Google Play for your account and location is the price to check before purchasing.

A one-time purchase describes the app’s payment model. It does not promise perpetual updates, compatibility with every future Android version, or a specific health outcome.

What is included

  • A fasting timer with preset windows and custom targets.
  • Editable session times and manual logging of past fasts.
  • A local history with period filters and statistics.
  • Optional reminders for progress, hydration and completion.
  • Educational fasting-stage information with evidence labels.
  • Streaks and badges based on your recorded sessions.

The app has no advertising and no in-app analytics. Once downloaded, its core features work offline. Your Google Play purchase and the initial download still require a connection.

What Reset does not do

Reset does not track your food, measure ketones, connect to a wearable or produce a personalised clinical plan. Its stage timeline explains general research; it cannot tell you exactly what is happening inside your body.

It also does not provide a Reset cloud account that synchronises history. Android’s own backup system may restore data, depending on your device and settings. Understand storage and backup before changing phones.

Choosing an app you will actually use

Look at the current screenshots and think about the job you need the app to do. Is a clear countdown and editable history enough? Do you want local storage? Would a nutrition diary or a coached programme be essential? The right fit depends on those answers, as well as price.

For Reset, you can look inside the app and try the free schedule preview before opening Google Play. The preview demonstrates timing arithmetic; it is not a trial installation of the Android app.

Purchases and help

Google Play handles the transaction. Use the same Google account to check your purchase history or reinstall on a compatible device. Refund eligibility and the request process are determined by Google Play and applicable consumer rights; Reset does not advertise an additional money-back guarantee.

For help with the app, contact Blu Mint Digital. Include the app version and phone model if relevant, and avoid sending payment-card details or medical information.
